Terms & Disclaimer
Please review before booking. Submitting a quote means you’ve read and agree to these terms.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the quote or invoice. Customers can view payment status inside their portal.
Water access
The customer must provide outdoor water access (a working spigot) unless another arrangement is made in writing before the job begins.
Property preparation
Before our crew arrives, please move vehicles, outdoor furniture, toys, decorations, fragile items, and pets away from the work area. Close windows and outdoor outlets where applicable.
Pre-existing conditions
Motley Wash Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Some surfaces may have loose paint, weak concrete, failing seals, cracks, oxidation, or hidden damage that may be revealed or worsened during cleaning. We use the appropriate pressure for each surface and notify you of anything we find.
Stain results
We make every effort to remove stains, but some stains (rust, deep oil, paint, organic staining) may not come out completely. We will let you know if your stains may be permanent.
Weather
Severe weather may require rescheduling. We will contact you as soon as possible if a weather delay is needed.
Photos for marketing
Before and after photos may be used for marketing purposes only with your approval, or where customary and allowed by law.
Agreement
By submitting a quote request or booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
